Picked the wrong size? Box arrived damaged? We've got you. Here's exactly how it works, no fine-print surprises.
Size exchanges: easy swaps within 7 days
- Not quite the right fit? Swap it for another size within 7 days of delivery.
- Just message us your order number and the size you want, and we'll handle the rest: pickup from your doorstep (where reverse pickup is available) and your new size shipped straight back to you.
- You only cover the courier charges for the swap. We'll tell you the exact amount upfront, before we book anything.
- Your new size ships as soon as the original reaches us and passes a quick quality check, usually within 7–10 working days.
- If your size is sold out, you can pick any other piece of the same value, or take store credit for the full amount.
Damaged, defective or lost? It's on us
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps). You choose: a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer, within 7 working days of approval.
What we can't take back
We don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll always help you swap to the size that fits. Items sent for exchange must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with brand tags and original packaging intact, and free of odour, perfume or stains.
Cancellations
- Changed your mind before we ship? You can cancel any order before it is dispatched; prepaid orders are refunded in full within 5–7 working days.
- Once an order is dispatched, it can't be cancelled.
