At Altcurv, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Delivery timeline
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery takes 5–7 working days after dispatch within India, depending on your location.
- We currently ship within India only.
Shipping charges
- Free delivery on any order of 2 or more items, and on all orders of ₹3,000 or more.
- Orders with a single item under ₹3,000 have a flat delivery charge of ₹119.
- The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll get tracking details by email/SMS.
Delays
- Occasionally couriers, weather or local restrictions delay deliveries. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll chase it.
Damaged or missing items
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
