How long does it take to process an order?
We usually take 5–7 working days to process and ship your order. You will also receive tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we are not offering international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic deliveries within India at the moment.
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is accepted by our team, you can either send the product back to us or request a reverse pick-up (available for selected pincodes). Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are not applicable — instead, a store credit (valid for 30 days) will be issued once the product passes quality check.
